HP Network Configuration Ulitity - Corrupted XML file?

Proliant DL360 G4
Dual NC7782 GB Adapters

Drivers upgraded to version 7.4 per KB as a possible fix to server issue. Afterwards only one of the NICs was funcioning and the Network team was giving a bad module error. Upgraded NPNCU from 7.4 to 7.5. Module error gone but 2nd NIC still not registering correction in the device manager. Uninstalled the 2nd NIC and rebooted. 2k3 picked it up correctly but error now is...

"An error occurred due to invalid data in the XML file used by this application. The XML file has been corrupted and should be reinstaled from the installation media."

I rolled back from 7.4 to 7.4 and still having the same issue.
