HP Network Utility statistics

We are experiencing high latency for end users hitting our file server active node in a 2 node cluster. My question is under "HP Network Utility" we see the field under "Transmit Statistics" for Queue Length varying from 2 to 22. We also see Overruns and No Buffers at 29. Network utilization in perfmon is over 50% at times when usually its under 10%. We have 1GB public interface running on the NC7782. Do these stats mean anything or can point me in the right direction to solving?
