Vinay,
your link is for NC31xx NIC.
Proliant 1600 have embedded NetFlex/Netelligent NIC.
NC31xx can be used in Proliant 1600, but NC31xx driver included in windows 2003 CD and in Proliant support pack for windows 2003.
