IIS is going down
Hi all,
This is mahesh. Here I am getting one issue related to IIS. I deployed one ASPX Script on IIS recently. No user were loging into that script but some how the IIS is going down.
I have written a script to know whether IIS is down or up. If it is down I am restarting the entire system. But I know this is not the correct solution.
I did not found any errors in IIS logs also. How to know which application is making IIS to go down and How to resolve it.
My operating System is Windows Server 2003.
IIS Version is 6.0.
One thing I found is, in "event viewer" one error is there on the following name and it is coming every time, the IIS is down.
Source:Interix.
Event Id: 1014.
Description: Could not connect to Mapping server at host localhost while connecting: RPC Program not registered.
Plz help..
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Mahesh.
