IIS Problems in Exchange 2003

Hi all,
I have an exchange 2003 installed on windows 2003 ent. edt.
The exchange database is as big as 25GB.
My problem is now that last week, i had an error with the id 1000 stating that "Faulting Application inetinfo.exe ..... "
When this error comes in windows, the IIS service goes down and then from there i start having many ehchange errors, and the exchange itself goes down.
I've tried to move all the mailboxes to another exchange 2003 server, einstalled the main exchange server, and move back the mailboxes to the main.
AND THEN, still, it worked for a day, and stopped working again with the same error of id 1000.

Please advice.

Could be several things:

Mailbox corruption

Odd though... it looks like the 1000 error is informative. It states that the sender and receiver are on the same server:

oki, so is there any command i can run to check for corrupted mailboxes on the exchange 2003 server?
