IM Agents on 64bit Windows Datacenter

IM Agents on 64bit Windows Datacenter

Agents are installed on our datacenter box. When I get alerts and click the URL I get a page not found error. Can anyone tell me what needs to be done to make this work, or what I need to look at to configure the agents?
