How is an HP9000 or Alpha box added into the Active Directory Win2003 Adv Server for ISEE installation?

If I am using Active Directory of Win2003 Server to control my domain, how do you add an Alpha/Tru64 or HP9000/HPUX into the list? I understand Active Directory uses login information of user account to the domain. How is the root account(HPUX/Tru64) added and validated to the Active Directory?
