It appears from this brief set of messages that one of your fans has a failure. What generation of ML 350 server is this (e.g. G2, G3, etc.)?

You can check with upgrade Bios firmware first before changing fan.

First of all
Open the HP system homepage & Disable the ASR Detection.
alternatively configure the small memory
Use with debuger tool or u can submit here
or kernel memory dump to find out the Hardware fault if causing.
that dump u can not submit here coz it will of your page size equivalent.
