ML110 G4 & Sata Controller
I'm setting up a new ML110 G4 Server with embedded Intel Sata Raid Controller. I am installing SBS2003 R2 Premium Edition. I have plugged a USB Floppy drive in and when I press F6 to specify the addition controller, it picks up the floppy and reads the driver. It then proceeds to create the partition and format the 'C' drive.
Then it starts looking for the 'Intel Matrix Storage Manager Driver' diskette.
It should be the same diskette that the drivers are on. any help welcome..

Re: ML110 G4 & Sata Controller
Thanks Roger but it was not the resolution.
It appears that the USB Floppy drive gets disabled when the Raid controller driver is loaded. Tech support got me to use a product called NLite (from nliteos.com) to integrate the Raid drivers into the original CD and burn a new bootable CD with the Raid drivers included. Really easy to use and most importantly it worked. Forget about all manual ways to integrate drivers.
Thanks, Willie
