ML310G4 Software RAID1 SBS 2003 - Disk Error 7 -Bad Block
Undertook a recent "Swing Migration" of production SBS 2003 from non-HP server with software RAID1 to new ML310G4 with software RAID1 as last resort to eliminate hardware as source for, amongst other issues Disk Error ID:7 - IO_ERR_BAD_BLOCK... and I'm still getting the error!
So after chkdsk; defrag; relacing physical SATA drives and finally, relacing the whole server, I'm still getting the error!!
I've trawlled the Internet a fair bit but with no luck... any takers here at HP forums?
