ML350 G4 POST errors 1777 & 1784

THe above mentioned server has an "Adapter Malfunctioning" error on boot.

Upon detection of the Array controller, the following error occurs. { After detecting the controller}
1777- slot 3 Drive Array- Proliant storage Enclosure Problem detected.
SCSI port 2:- wide SCSI Transfer failed. Check cables.
1784- Slot 3 Drive Array Drive Faillure.
The following SCSI drives should be replaced:
SCSI port 2: SCSI IDs 0,1,2,3.
What could be the problem with the server? Could it be the Array Controller?

Hi:

Is the boot drive directly attached or is it in the storage enclosure? Has this machine ever worked correctly with the external storage? Has anyone added drives recently? Check the storage enclosure cables and drive seating, etc.
