ML570 G4 with PS2 windows2003

I want install service pack 2 on windows 2003 R1.
After install PSP 7.80 and install service pack 2 ,i do not access with Remote Desktop and copy from network.
This problem provide with onboard LAN,if install LAN card do not provide this problem.
Please help me.

Try to disbale RSS
"You cannot host TCP connections when Receive Side Scaling is enabled in Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 2"
