My DL 360 server operating system is windows 2003 server. it newly installed the operating system. i try the hotfix. it does not solve my problem.

Is there any chance that you can wipe all with erase from smart Start CD and do new install with different O/S CD ?

Verify the firmware version of all the devices on the DL 360. Download and upgrade to the latest version.

Have you tried to reboot your active directory....I dont know your environement but I saw this happen a lot of time....the active are not able to push the environnement and the users are logged into the server...and since they dont know what to do they log off by chosing shutdown...
