OpenSSL Vulnerability in SMH??

Can anyone confirm whether or not a discovery of 'OpenSSL TLS Server Name Extension DoS Vulnerability' (CVE-2008-0891) by McAfee Foundstone on System Mgmt Homepage v6.0.0.96 port 2381 (Win2K3) is a false positive?
