pc information

does anyone familiar with a free tool that analyzing my computer (hardware and software) and saving the information in a db that i can pull out any time ?

There's quite a few products on the net, I haven't used it, but a free product from Belarc looks like it may fit the bill - http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

Can't you import that file in your DB.
