Problem with Ultrium 230 and Windows 2003 server

Hi,
I have a problem with Tape Ultrium 230 and windows 2003 server, in the beginning i don't have problem with the backup, but after some days the backup present a message that it says that
"a problem write, with the tape o drive is present"
I try with another tape, but the problem persists.
What will be the problem??

This is either a media problem or the write tab isn't set right on the tape.

The HP-UX message, which is where you actually posted is pretty similar when you kick a backup with no media or write protected media.

If write tab isn't the issue, look for this call in the Microsoft section, its going to get transferred.

The Tape ultrium 230 is new. I download the last driver for the tape and for scsi card, but the problem persist. Is the tape ultrium the problem?

Thanks
