Hi,
I am trying install windows server 2003 on blades servers BL20p G3 using rapid deployment pack(RDP)but the servers are not picking IP through dhcp.It is giving me an error message PXE-E55: proxyDHCP service did not reply to request on port 4011. But i have done this installation twice without any problem on other blade servers.
Thank you.

Re: PXE-E55:
Hi, Sorry for my english.
We have the same problem.
We have changed on our switchs this configuration:
ip helper-address IP_OF_DHCP_AND_PXE_SERVER
And when we startup a vmware machine to start with lan, we can see this error.
Our installation of Altiris is by default.
Can you say me something?.
Thank you very much.

Re: PXE-E55:
F Javier: Here are the 2 most common reasons for this error:
1]The DHCP is a separate server than the Altiris/RDP server. Check the scope options and make sure there is no 060 ClassID PXEClient. If it exists delete this scope and then restart the DHCP service.
2] The DHCP and Altiris/RDP are on the same server. In this case the DHCP server needs to have the scope option: 060 ClassID PXEClient. If it does NOT exist, then reinstall ONLY the PXE Server Service and it will automatically add the scope.
NOTE: The above information applies to rdp version 2.x and not the new 3.0 rdp version.
