I noticed my server has rebooted itself and gave the following error. I am do not have any virus software on this server. I have updated Bios and Firmware using version 7.4 and I also updated SSD 7.4 I was trying to research this issue and I would like to know anyone has encountered this problem and how it can be fixed. OS using is windows 2003 SP1.

Do you have any errors (like ASR detected by system ROM) in HP integrated management log viewer?

Is this server connected to a SAN? I was having similiar problems and had to remove in HP Management the monitoring of the Fibre Array.

I'm also having similar issue with my server and do not have any ASR Detected by System ROM.

Given that the original thread is over 2 years old, you should start a new one and descrive the issue in detail from scratch.

Reason Code: 0xa000000 cuased Firmware of storage controller version is out dated either smart array 5i driver vesion is out dated. HP recommandation - Update your support pack.
