Reinstalling MS Server 2003

I have a ML310 General Motors gave to my dealership. It has Server 2003 installed, but GM removed the OS. I have purchased a full version of Windows Server 2003 but I am unable to get the server to install the software. I can handle PCs and Laptops, but servers are rather new to me. Can anyone offer advice.

Thanks

Re: Reinstalling MS Server 2003

Hello Roger,
I would recommend to use the latest SmartStart CD & use the "ERASE UTILITY" under MAINTENANCE. & erase the disks completely & install the OS.

If installation fails yet again, please post the errors.

Re: Reinstalling MS Server 2003

I do not have any of the original software from HP, but I should be able to download and creat a Smartstart CD. I will let you know what happens.

Thanks for your response. I will be back.
