Security Banner on Network Shared Drive

Greetings,
Is there any method for creating a security banner on a network shared drive. We have a file share that is accessible on the network, and we need to create a banner that appears when users access the drive. Basically to warn against disclosure.

I know that you can create a login disclaimer, but the drive does not require log-in. Any suggestions would be helpful.

BTW this is a Windows Server 2003 SP2 OS machine. Thanks you
