send mail from commad line

firstly, pardom me if this questions has been asked. I did a search but could not find any help. We have about 11 Oracle 9i database's running on Windows 2003 server. is there any free tool available to send mail from command line ???

IMHO, de facto standard is Blat:

You can use it like this:

c:\unxutils\blat\blat.exe body.txt -from "Oracle Account " -subject "Information" -to user@domain,user2.domain -server mail.domain.com -f oracle@host.com
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?
