Server cycles when attempting to load OS

I have an ML370 that I have installed RC2, when I install the SSD's from SmartStart 6.10 (I have also tried 5.50 and experienced the same issue) the server begins to cycle itself when beginning to load the OS. I have an environment with identical servers and have not experienced this problem. Hardware has been checked using inspect and reported OK. Any thoughts for diagnosis?

Is that the G1, G2, or G3 on the ML370? Do you have a copy of 6.20 that you can try?

If it's a G2, here is a good resource to get everything up to the highest level before you attempt the install: http://h18004.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/locate/20_1341.html

Good luck!

Re: Server cycles when attempting to load OS

Following the posting of my message I tried Support Disks 6.20. Unfortunately the same thing happens. I will have new code for 2003 arriving tomorrow. I will rebuild the server and test again. I will keep you posted.......
