Spoolsv problems

Hello

My kollege installed drivers for a HP 3505 printer on one of our Win 2k3 servers.
After that the spooler will not start and i cant uninstall the driver.

the error message we get is
"Faulting application spoolsv.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000."

It's really anoying since spooler dont start i can not uninstall the driver.
I tried to remove the port in the registry, but with no sucess.
