T5325 Boot into RDP windows server 2003

hello

We have just purchased t5325 thin client to connect to our terminal server 2003 How do do get in to boot strainght into RDP? then when you lof off in shutdown down the thin client? its drving me crazy on log off it always goes back to control centre then i have to right clikc power down on the thin client
