Terminal Server Printing issue
We are having an issue with an HP 4350 printer in a Windows 2003 terminal server session. We recently added the 500 page tray as tray 3. We reconfigured the printer on the server and all the clients see it on their local machines. However, when they logon to the Windows 2003 terminal server the printer redirects but the 3rd tray is shown as "Not Installed". We are utterly stumped at this. If anyone has seen a similar situation and knows of a fix please contact me.
Thank you,
Scott Abel

Re: Terminal Server Printing issue
Hello Scott
I have seen this with other makes of printer, I found that when the local configuration changed it did not update the Terminal server version of the driver, have you tried reinstalling the terminal sever driver as this has work for me.
regards Michael

If it not broken, don't repair it
