I have two HD 300gb on raid 1, but when I go to Disk Manager to create partition and format the OS give the message "The format did not complete successfully.". My OS is Win 2003 Server Standard Edition.

Anyone know how to resolve this?!?!?

Maybe bad drive. Try to format one drive (RAID 0)
