Re: urgent printer problem
Are all the printers installed on the W2K3 server and then shared out to the client computers? Does the same error occur if you try to print directly from the server to the printer? What is the printer model? Have all the MS Windows Updates been applied to the server?
Make a great day!

Re: urgent printer problem
poorly designed drivers can do this, but it's far more likley you have a US admin who's got a printer mapped.

Re: urgent printer problem
Following the other two responses, answering Roger's points would be helpful. what driver are you using? If PCL6, you might try the PCL5e drivers. I have had some weird effects with the PCL6.

Re: urgent printer problem
i've found that an administrativly power user's settings will tend to bleed onto other users via printer sharing. check to make sure none of your admins have set their mapped printers for personal settings
