WebAccess Exchange

Hi there,
I got a Win2003 server with Exchange2000(enterprise) isntalled by a client al updates are isntalled for exchange.

The problem is the following:
Some people called me they lost the left pane on there WebAccess, the only have a fullscreen inbox, with the reply, forward etc. buttons.

The left part is gone, I mean the part where you see the WebAccesslogo at the top, tho buttons beneath it (Shortcuts and Folder) and beneath that the folder or shortcut options.
(hope this is clear, screenshot with the left pane gone is attached, names are wiped, due to privecy)

Only a few of the 150 people have this problem and it seems to be a local pc problem, if I enter the WebAccess on their acccount, nothing is wrong.

Things I tried to resolve this:
1. deleted cookies and temp. internet files.
2. reset internet security settings to default

I could not yet check if another account on the system that have this problem also have the same problem,

Does anyone have any idea how this left pane fanished, I could not even find a way to let it fanish. So I can not find how to enabeled it.

Hope to here from you soon,

Regards,
Ronald

Re: WebAccess Exchange

The official Microsoft name for the missing left part is Navigation Pane.

We have the same system here and I also cannot find a way to recreate your problem. Best I could do was slide the divider between the Navigation pane and the Message Pane to the left as far as it would go but it would not go all the way.
