win 2003 reboot
OS is WIN 2003
Have 1GB RAM X2 originally , add 2 of 1GB RAM, OS starts the machine Start the machine automatically again at once ,thanks

Are you sure that the memory installed is good and fully compatible, and was installed in the correct slots?

1.If the memory that puts into in the back of pulls out, the machine is normal.
(I have two groups of memory " amounts to four " test reboot)
2. If pull out original ram, Join four rams that I took. Start the machine again

The first 2 slots are "timing" slots, and will set the speed for the rest of the slots. If your new memory is "slower" than your original memory it could cause this problem.
The NEW memory could also be incompatible with your system.
Try testing the memory with the following tool:
