Win Server 2003 Will Not Boot Up - Hangs at ACPITABL.DAT
We have a DL360 G5 webserver running IIS and ColdFusion 8 that taking hours to restart. After painfully enabling boot logging, we see that ACPITABL.DAT is having errors (not sure what kind). We also checked NTBTLOG.TXT and saw that there are legacy and HP drivers that were having problems loading. The HP drivers were loaded from the SmartSmart disk. The BIOS revision is P58 (11/2/2009). This EXACT same issue happen on one of our old BL20p servers that was configured the exact same manner that this server is configured. Does anyone out there have any ideas of how we can correct this?

Re: Win Server 2003 Will Not Boot Up - Hangs at ACPITABL.DAT
Some notes I found via google:

Anyhow, it looks like if you can boot via safe mode, you have some driver updates to perform.
