Win2k3 backup

Hello. I have several servers that work with win2k3 enterprise edition or standard r2 and some workstation with xp sp2. For the workstations i work with acronis software which allows me to backup their image and whenever the workstation has a problem i do not need to go through installation from scratch but i install the image that i have saved from acronis software. Is there any software like that for my servers? which versions and do they work with win2k3?
