win2k3 DC, win2k3 clients, folder redirection doesnt work

I have enabled folder redirection for desktop, my documents, application data for an OU in my windows 2003 domain controller.

the folder redirection works fine for users in that OU when they use windows xp as clients.

but it doesnt work when they use windows 2003 as client machines. any specific reason for the same? is folder redirection not supported when, a user uses windows 2003 as their clients

win2k3 clients will suuport folder redirection.
