Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 in place upgrade

We are updating our servers from 2000 to 2003 and are using the in-place upgrade. During the upgrade should I be worried about failures because of controller drivers/NIC drivers? We are at newest firmware, and W2K 7.4 PSP. Anyone had any issues doing this? Is an in-place upgrade supported by HP?

Thanks for any help

Are you doing this on any specific type of server? I'd recommend reviewing the white paper for upgrading to 2003:

The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

Thanks for the reply, I will read the whitepaper. We have mostly g3 low-end proliants like 350s, 370s, couples of 380s.

I know this is an old thread but we are doing the same thing now, did you run into any driver issues. We'll be doing it on DL580 G2 servers so they are supported by our EVA 6000 with 450GB disks and the latest version of command view
