Windows 2003 Logoff takes long time

After upgrade PSP 8.11 to 8.25
on a DL380G5 with Windows 2003 R2 Sp2
the logoff from the systems takes about 5 minutes.

When I stop all the hp services including
System Management Homepage it does not solve the problem.

Only when i uninstall the following components it will work normaly:
HP System Management Homepage
HP Insight Management Agents
HP Version Control Agent
HP ProLiant Remote Monitor Service
HP Insight Diagnostics Online Edition

So there must be a problem with exist on version after PSP 8.11

On a other system i updatet components manualy with will be shown
in Version Control Agent,
the only 3 Components which I haven't upgrades was:

HP Insight Management Agents
installed: 8.11.0.0 --> latest Version:8.26.0.0

HP Insight Diagnostics Online Edition
installed: 8.1.1.2784 --> latest Version:8.2.5.3157

HP System Management Homepage installed:
2.1.14.204 --> latest Version:3.0.2.77

On these system the logoff works normal.
So the problem was prodruced within one
off these 3 components.

Have any one a I idea to solve these problem?

Hi Mario,

It seems from other forum posts that a problem exists with the Insight Management Agents starting with PSP 8.20. You may want to downgrade the IMA version and see if that resolves the issue.

Hello,

yes I tried the downgrade to
HP Insight Management Agents to 8.10.0.0

but I do not solved the problem
there must also the
HP System Management Homepage and the
Insight Diagnostics be insolved.

I searche other forms post but there are
no new ideas.
