Windows 2003 SAN Setup

I have an ML530 with a HP (emulex) fca2404DC fibre channel card which I want to attach using only 1 of the ports to a VA7410 via 2/32 storageworks SAN switch. What is the correct setup procedure on the windows 2003 server. Windows 2003 want to do itself? Once setup do I want cache turned on?
