windows 2003 with sqlserver 2000 in cluster

we have server hp with windows 2003 and sql server 2000
we hed migrated the solutio from 4 machine with 4 cpu in cluster to 2 machine with 2 cpu in cluster. After we have permitted the hypertrade properties but the thing's got worst. someone can explane why?

Can you please explain the "thing's got worse" part. What issues were you expierencing before and the issue you have now?

exuse me a 2 new machine has 8 cpu every one.
the situation is so:
the cpu after the migration of the machine remain at 100% and after the hypertrade is the same thing and the behavior of parallel process 's got worst. Thera are many idle time.
i would know the behavior of hypertrade in this situation.
