Windows NTbackup issue

Dear all,

i am having backup issue in my Windows 2003 server.While i am initiating the ntbackup wizard it is opening very slowly.In Windows event manager event is also created.Event ID is: 1002 and the Event description is as follows.

Hanging application ntbackup.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

can anybody help me.
