i got a errorSIM in XP 24k sim
if any body know the solution please help me.

Error section------- LCP/FCP/HTP ERROR
ERROR Details -------RIO PATH CLOSED
Error Location -------CHA-2QU PORT#=5
alert level----- moderate
status--------- initial

Hi raghu,

Check if CHA-2Q is a True Copy port, if yes then you had some temporary link degradation or you continue to experience the problem.

Check on the switch ports where CHA-2Q is connected for port errors like LOS etc.
