where is the better chosen for the performance LUSE o mirror on a XP 1024? And which cases is better ?

If you mean between LUSE and a simple RAID10 LDEV/LUN -- I think there is not much of a performance difference.
The best recipe for XP and Hitachi arrays is to "build" you storage volumes on the host volume manager (VxVM or LVM or whatever VM you are using) so it engages a large number of LDEVS/LUNs on different array groups inside your array. We alswyas use either 4 or 8 way stripes whose members are distributed accross however many ACP's/array groups we have.
