XP1024
Hi
I have 2 -XP1024 which are on DR sites. Both are connected through CA .Both sites are having 15 to 20 servers.I got a job to find the free space in the XPs .So that it can be allocated to new hosts.I could check it from Command View SDM but the Ldev's which are not showing in any path (no plus sign)might be used for BC or CA.
Please help me.
Regards
Ripunjaya

Re: XP1024
DEAR Ripunjaya
If you like to collect all spaces you have at your XP storage with the BC and CA, uou simply can make use of ur collected data( LDEVs without star) and remove from them the sum of the BC or CA you have.
Hope that helps
Mohammed

Hi Mahammad,
Thanks for your reply. If I take a sum of all ldevs which r not having + sign .Will it be also free sapace.
If any ldev is in BC or CA pair it must be asigned for a port .
