Does HPE support agent read customer's email?
Not sure if this the correct board for this.
I bought a used DL20 Gen10, and wanted to update its firmware, I couldn't download it after log into my HPE account, then I wrote to HPE support according to the message shown on the download page, and the conversation goes like this.
Thursday, January 26, 2023 2:36 PM:
Request sent - HPE ProLiant DL20 Gen10 Server - Drivers and Software
Jan 26, 2023, at 14:29: HPE replied:
Can you please provide the below information to proceed further.
- Is the end-user a Government entity? Y or N
- Is the end-user a Military entity? Y or N
- Is the end use for military purposes? Y or N
Jan 26, 2023, at 14:33, I replied:
Thank you for the response.
To answer your questions, the answer for all three questions are No.
I am a personal user who just bought a used DL20 Gen10 yesterday from EBay, and purpose is for personal learning.
February 4, 2023 2:55 AM, I replied again since HPE did not respond:
Is there any update? I still can’t download the firmware.
