原因

如果以下两个条件同时成立，则会发生此问题：• 将基于 Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3) 的计算机升级到 Windows 2000 SP4。

• 在升级到 Windows 2000 SP4 的计算机上，尚未配置“路由和远程访问”服务或远程访问拨号连接。



替代方法

要解决此问题，请重新启动计算机。重新启动计算机后，所有远程访问二进制文件都将变成最新版本。
