Hi,



On HPUX the network stack is STREAMS/IP/TCP,

This error message comes from STREAMS layer.

Which means "An application is attempting to set up a listen socket and the bind is failing."



Please check the follows,

- Is there any application is trying to bind the connect but fail.

- What the hpux version is ?

- Please review the patch leval of tcp/ip/streams subsystems.
