What is a good reason not to turn on volume encryption?
I've been trying to research online since I am not an expert on this, but is there any reason why by default I wouldn't turn on data encryption on all of my volumes? I've just purchased new Nimble Storage array (Hybrid) and it's primary function is for CSV and Remote Desktop Services. I know that encryption does not take away any performance because it is done on the hardware level, but is there any good reason for my particular usage why should I not enable encryption?

Re: What is a good reason not to turn on volume encryption?
No issues turning on encryption here. The VM and underlying applications are unaware of the encryption happening at the array level. Make sure to store your encryption key as there is no way for support to get it back should you lose it.
