Issue with the ports connecting to the IP cameras

Interfaces on procurve 5406 connected to IP cameras are not working. The procurve is connected to comware 5900 IRF on bridge aggregated link

Config is alright what must be issue?

What sw version is running in 5406? Is IP camera drawing POE from 5406? Does the POE interface where the IP camera connected flip on and off? Any more messages in the log for port B8?

Hi Sorry its long time i logged into this form. The issue has got the fix. The version upgradation fixed the issue.  Thank you so much for your help.
