Hello
We have never had a managed swicthed before. What is accepteable for Utlization? We have two ports on about 15-20%
on Uncast TX % all TX is that correct

SolutionHi,
no worry about it. It is low utilization at all. The critical threshold usually begin let's say at round 80 % and there you should do some investigation what is happening. 100% utilization usually means to much traffic that switch cannot handle (traffic congestion, loop in network, etc.).
