Error Code 217 Out of Disk Space,

Error Code 217 Out of Disk Space,

Im getting a error code 217 on data protector express, this is happening when i am doing a backup,

the total back updata size is only 40gb my tape is 160gb so it cant be that, in tape options i have set it to overwrite all exsisting data, and set auto format tape within media/device,

any ideas why its generating this error?
