MSL 6030 Tape Library - shuttle and picker jams

Fware 5.20
Fault codes:
3100-picker jammed
3115-picker retraction jam
3200- shuttle jammed
I get these errors when trying to pick tapes out of magazine and when loading tapes into drive. The shuttle seems to be aligned properly but errors out after several attempts. Is this attributed to the shuttle or Library controller?
