Hi when I try to take console thru KVM switch usin KVM menu , I am geting the error "could not connect to the blade" Pls tell me the solution if anyone knows?

Hello Mah,

Do you know what iLO2 Firmware the blade is running on ? Also the Onboard Administrator Firmware if possible.

Can you connect through the integrated remote console on the Onboard Administrator Web Page?

If not a Firmware issue perhaps try resetting/reseating the Onboard Administrator and see if that helps.

OA frimware is 3.10
I can connect thru integrated remote console.
