Hi All,
I'm looking for a Firmware or Driver version compatibility matrix for my HP Blade servers BL 465c, Virtual Connect, Emulex CNA and c7000 enclosure before applying a firmware update on my Blade enclosure using:
HP BladeSystem c-Class Onboard Administrator Firmware v4.40
for VMware installation, I can see it from http://vibsdepot.hp.com/hpq/recipes/HP-VMware-Recipe.pdf but somehow it doesn't mention anything about the c7000 Enclosure firmware udpate effect and prerequisites.

Re: HP Blades Firmware/Driver compatibility matrix or version table to plan before firmware update
Dear albertwt,
To begin with the steps you described in order to identify the compatible driver & firmware versions are correct.
The HP-VMware-recipe includes all that kind of info.
Regarding your last query same paper includes the corresponding recommended versions as well.
In any case, for the VC firmware upgrade process you may consult the below whitepaper
